Your Way Support Services is a family-operated business that has been providing direct support to individuals with special needs for over 30 years. Rooted in the foundation of family, we’ve built a team and culture that is supportive, connected, and person-focused.
We are currently looking for dedicated and genuine team players to provide direct support to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities in Fort Saskatchewan. This position requires experience and training with complex behaviors.

Support may include:
- Helping individuals build life skills and achieve personal goals
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Supporting access to the community and recreation
- Promoting communication, safety, and emotional well-being
- Encouraging independence and self-advocacy
- Working collaboratively with families and team members
Requirements:
- A recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- $2 million vehicle liability insurance (if transporting individuals)
- CPR/First Aid and other relevant training (or willingness to obtain)
