DELIVERY DRIVER ASSISTANT
The Delivery Driver Assistant is a responsible, motivated, energetic, and polite individual to assist the Delivery Driver in taking pictures of the delivery, taking care of the paperwork, and ensuring accuracy of the paperwork and goods delivered when running deliveries, bringing materials into houses under construction.
Key Responsibilities:
· The ability to drive, walk, carry, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
· Take care of paperwork and ensure accuracy of it.
· Take pictures of delivery and issues at the homes if needed.
· Clean driving record and experience driving 1 tonne box truck.
· G Licence
· Provide clean driving abstract.
· Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualifications:
· Have and maintain WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Fall Protection, and Occupational Health and Safety Certificates
· Own transportation; valid driver’s licence
· Have steel-toe safety boots and hard hat
· Have a reliable cell phone
· Ability to carry up to 60 pounds
· Ability to work well in a team and independently
· Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately
· Excellent work ethic and reliable
· Attention to detail
· Professional appearance
