Responsibilities:
Content and Corporate Communications
- Provide essential support in the development and publication of the Annual ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) report.
- Develop communications for new acquisitions, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to all stakeholders.
- Write, edit, proofread, and format a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
- Research, draft, and submit award applications.
- Collaborate with departments such as Human Resources and Investor Relations to support their communications projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with overall corporate messaging.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.
Website Content Strategy & SEO Support
- Develop and implement ongoing content strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for target audiences.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify opportunities for content enhancement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Monitor and adapt SEO strategies to stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Social Media Calendar Maintenance & Reporting
- Prepare and present quarterly update presentations, summarizing social media performance and insights for management.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist to conduct competitor analysis to inform social media strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Corporate Partnerships
- Assist with developing an annual strategy for corporate partnerships.
- Participate in the negotiation, drafting, and implementation of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate all relevant information for the execution and logistics of partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for follow-up and relationship management.
Event Support
- Provide on-site support for corporate and regional events, including annual TEAM meetings, IR Tour, Kids Club, and other company-sponsored activities, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on departmental needs.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent relevant experience
Technical Requirements:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent creative writing and editing skills
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining flexible
- Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
