About the Role
The ideal candidate is a licensed healthcare professional in Alberta (RN, NP, or MD) with 4+ years of experience performing cosmetic injectable and aesthetic treatments. You are confident in your clinical expertise, grounded in anatomy, and committed to creating balanced, natural results through personalized treatment planning. We’re looking for someone with an existing clientele or strong ability to build one, who’s also excited to participate in marketing and social media efforts that showcase their work and personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable treatments, including:
- Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®)
- Dermal Fillers
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
- Belkyra® (Deoxycholic Acid)
- Conduct in-depth consultations and facial assessments to develop comprehensive, long-term treatment plans.
- Integrate holistic care by recommending complementary laser, skin, and medical-grade skincare treatments.
- Ensure a consistent, luxury-level patient experience focused on education, safety, and satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to marketing initiatives — social media content, video education, and clinic events.
- Build and nurture lasting patient relationships that drive retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Alberta (RN, NP, or MD).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments.
- Demonstrated expertise in neuromodulators, fillers, PRP, and Belkyra®.
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills with a holistic approach.
- Existing patient base or strong potential to build clientele.
- Confident communicator with an engaging and professional presence on social media.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for continued growth and education.
