Independent senior residential apartment building is seeking a Houskeeper. Scheudule is flexible and can accomodate certain schedules for the right candidate. Monday to Friday. No evenings or Weekends
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the facility. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.
```Duties:```
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established protocols and procedures for cleaning and disinfection
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Please note that this is a physically demanding job that requires standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is essential.
