The Greek Kouzina Express is expanding our team and currently seeking two Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen.
We operate an open show kitchen and are looking for candidates with an outgoing, energetic personality who love to cook and take pride in their work. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and excellent customer service are essential, as our kitchen interacts directly with guests.
The same level of care and professionalism is expected when supporting our mobile food vending unit and catering services.
Position Details
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Positions Available: Full time and part time
Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Hours: Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food orders in an open kitchen environment
Interact with guests professionally and respectfully
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Follow proper cooking and preparation methods
Support restaurant service, food truck operations, and catering when required
Address customer questions or concerns professionally
Maintain strong attention to detail in all areas of food preparation and service
Experience Requirements
Minimum two years of recent experience as a Line Cook
Minimum two years of customer service experience
