Position:Full time, part time
Duties:
- Ensure and deliver high standard of food
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Work in a high paced kitchen environment while delivering excellent service
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Follow food safety procedures. Controlling cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion control. Ensuring fridges, freezers and work area are left in a tidy and organized manner.Personal Suitability: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
