Brite Beginnings – Century Park is currently looking for a passionate, dependable, and team-oriented Out of School Care (OSC) Educator to join our team.
This position will be based at our new Out of School Care (OSC) location at 354 Saddleback Road. Our Century Park location is already thriving, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to step into a strong team culture, build meaningful relationships, and bring positive energy into the classroom each day.

What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Work alongside a supportive team of educators
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Follow licensing standards and centre policies with confidence
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 ECE Certification
- Has a valid work permit, Permanent Resident status, or Canadian citizenship
- Is reliable, organized, and professional
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Works well in a team environment
- Brings patience, warmth, and a positive attitude to their day
- Is willing to provide a valid Child Care First Aid certificate
- Is able to provide a current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector
This position is for an Out of School Care (OSC) program and follows a split shift schedule.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 am – 9:00 am and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (5 hours per day)
- Thursday: 7:00 am – 9:00 am and 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm (7.5 hours per Thursday)
- Full 8-hour shifts during School PD Days, Spring Break, and Summer Break
