Position Overview:
ParaMed is currently accepting resumes from Personal Support Workers (PSW) and other healthcare equivalencies. ParaMed Personal Support Workers travel within a designated geography to provide individualized care to patients within a community setting. Locations: London- Middlesex County

Requirements:
PSW Certificate, Nursing student who has completed 1st year (including placement)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate compassion, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with patients and their families
Experience working with acutely ill, chronically ill, or palliative clients is considered a strong asset
The ability to commit to working a set schedule including every other weekend
A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area is required
