As a Manager of Construction Phase Services, you’ll be the visionary force behind bringing JLR’s drawings to life on site, driving innovation, setting best practices, and shaping a high-performance team. - Own and continuously improve JLR’s construction phase services delivery model, identifying opportunities to enhance consistency, efficiency, and client experience across projects
- Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from projects and translating them into scalable processes, templates, and training
- Actively manage and reduce JLR’s risk exposure in contract administration while ensuring profitability, safety, and successful execution
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, supporting the growth of emerging professionals in construction-phase services and field-based roles
- Provide field leadership through site reviews, contract administration, and real-time issue resolution to keep projects on track
- Drive quality, cost, and schedule outcomes by proactively identifying risks, reviewing submissions, and guiding construction decisions
- Drive alignment across offices and disciplines to ensure a coordinated, consistent approach to construction support on multidisciplinary projects
- Collaborate with leadership to expand and strengthen JLR’s construction phase services offering, positioning the firm for growth in this space
