Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in implementing engaging educational activities tailored to early childhood development.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and toileting to ensure children’s comfort and safety.
- Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring each child's individual needs are met with patience and compassion.
- Help create a safety environment like keeping the classrooms clean every day, checking on play areas before and after using. Washing the toys every Thursday and keeping all the shelves very clean
- Must be able to carry 20-30 lb.
Requirements
- Previous classroom experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Passion for working with children and a caring, energetic attitude.
