Job Summary
Sultan Fitness is looking for a confident, high-energy Sales & Client Booking Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, helping potential clients feel welcomed, understood, and excited to join our life-changing fitness programs.
If you have a strong command of English, love speaking to people, and know how to guide a conversation toward a "yes" — this role is for you. Your job will be to follow up with leads, book consultations, and help grow our gym by getting the right people in the door.
Responsibilities
- Call, text, and follow up with incoming leads from social media, ads, and walk-ins
- Speak confidently with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and match them with the right program
- Book in-person consultations or trials with the coaching team
- Keep a clear and organized schedule of follow-ups, using CRM or basic tools
- Handle objections and close confidently — always with empathy and honesty
- Maintain a friendly, motivating tone across all client interactions
- Support front desk duties as needed (e.g. checking in clients, answering gym phone, assisting with simple questions)
- Stay up to date with current programs, offers, and promotions
- Work with the gym owner and coaches to meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong English speaking skills with excellent phone etiquette (clear, confident, and warm)
- Experience in sales, fitness, or customer service is a big plus
- Able to handle objections and convert leads without being pushy
- Organized and reliable — knows how to follow up and not let leads slip through the cracks
- Passion for fitness and helping people change their lives
- Comfortable with basic tech (booking tools, CRM, or spreadsheets)
- Can work evenings and weekends as needed
- Bilingual is a bonus (but not required)

Pay: $33,100.00-$114,435.80 per year
