Wild Rows Pump & Compression Ltd. is an expanding Oilfield maintenance and sales Company currently recruiting for a well-qualified and hardworking Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), Automotive Mechanic, or Heavy-Duty Mechanic Technician in the Kindersley, SK, Area.
This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call work. This is NOT a rotating shift/fly-in/fly-out opportunity.
- The successful candidate for this position will possess strong mechanical and analytical skills to troubleshoot the repair and maintenance of compressors, dryers and pumps in the oil and gas industries.
- Temporary housing incentives may be available for candidates not local to Kindersley, SK
The job:
- Field troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on all compressors, dryers, and pumps.
- Operate service truck, hand tools, and air tools
- Repair and rebuild of various pumps found in the oil and gas industry
- Participating in safety meetings, as well as adhering to industry-related HSE regulations and requirements
What you need:
- Journeyman Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), Automotive Mechanic, Heavy Duty Equipment/Mechanic Certification. 3rd and 4Th year apprentices may be considered depending on experience
- Mandatory: Class 5 Drivers Licence and clean Drivers Abstract
- Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
- Valid safety tickets
- Ability to lift heavy objects and to work in hot and humid, as well as cold environments.
- Special consideration to applicants possessing several years of oilfield equipment experience.
