Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Installer / Polisher to join our team immediately. Our priority is to deliver quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble countertop components and related materials according to project specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials accurately and safely.
- Verify proper alignment, leveling, and fit of all installed materials.
- Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy countertop materials and equipment.
- Load and unload trucks at the shop and job sites, ensuring materials are handled and secured properly.
- Assist with the transportation and delivery of materials to and from job sites.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites.
Schedule & Compensation
- Competitive wages based on experience.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Overtime available as required.
- Occasional overnight travel throughout British Columbia may be required.
Additional Duties
When installation schedules do not support two full installation crews, team members may be required to assist in the shop with countertop polishing, finishing, quality control, and other production-related tasks.
