We are a Japanese‑style bakery producing fresh baked goods in a shared commercial kitchen. Our products are sold through our online store, retail partners, as well as at local farmers’ markets across Greater Vancouver. We are a small, fast‑moving team focused on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, skilled baker with 2+ years of bakery experience who can support production and general bakery operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in Japanese craftsmanship, and can work independently in a shared kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily bakery production including dough prep, shaping, baking, and finishing
- Maintaining cleanliness and food‑safe standards in a shared commercial kitchen
- Inventory management for ingredients and supplies
- Supporting general bakery operations as needed
Requirements
- Able to communicate in Japanese with team members
- 2+ years of bakery experience
- Ability to handle a wide range of bakery tasks independently
- FoodSafe certification (Required. We can cover the cost if you don't have it yet)
- Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs (ingredients, trays, bins)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- A strong team player who is respectful, can communicates well and supports smooth daily operations

ベーカリー業務(計量、生地作り、成形、焼成、下準備等)
応募資格
ベーカリーでの職務経験が2年以上あり、ベーカリーの業務全般をこなすことが出来る方。
すでにフードセーフを保持されてる方。
