Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) — Hue Atelier

In addition to nail services, we offer a curated beverage experience, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks, designed to enhance the overall guest experience.
We are not a high-volume salon - we focus on quality, atmosphere, and thoughtful service.
The Role
We are looking for a front desk associate who is warm, polished, and highly organized -someone who understands that hospitality is everything.
You will be the first and last impression of Hue Atelier, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated experience from arrival to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional presence
- Manage bookings, walk-ins, and service flow (Vagaro system)
- Answer calls, messages, and client inquiries
- Offer and serve beverages (including alcoholic drinks where appropriate)
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit
- Process payments and promote add-ons or retail when suitable
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and lounge area
- Support technicians by keeping the schedule running smoothly
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a client-facing environment
- Smart Serve certification required (or willing to obtain immediately)
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Photography skills for capturing social media content are a strong asset.
Availability
- Must have flexible availability, including:
- evenings
- weekends (especially Saturdays & Sundays)
