Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization. The Service Technician will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and support.
Duties
- Remove moss, branches, and organic clumps using soft-bristle brushes, specialized scraping tools, push brooms, or leaf blowers.
- Apply eco-friendly, biodegradable moss-killing solutions and inhibitors using soft washing or low-pressure sprayers to neutralize roots.
- Clear loose moss and leaves out of gutters to prevent immediate re-blocking; thoroughly clean the ground and perimeter to leave the property spotless.
- Communicate scope of work, explain maintenance procedures, and provide friendly, professional service to clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards
- Scrubbing glass with professional, non-abrasive cleaning solutions and microfiber wands.
- Wiping corners, edges, and sills with dry, absorbent towels to eliminate moisture and streaks.
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working on steep-pitch rooftops and at elevated heights.
- Perform manual labor in stooped, kneeling, or bent positions for extended periods.
- Regularly lift and carry heavy equipment, such as ladders, pressure washers, and chemical tanks.
- Performing physically demanding work outdoors in various seasonal temperatures and weather conditions.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
