Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional registered massage and therapeutic body care services, combining TCM wellness concepts to relieve clients’ muscle tension, fatigue and physical discomfort
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, customize personalized care plans and deliver standardized, high-quality service
- Collaborate with our TCM acupuncture and aesthetic team to provide integrated wellness services and ensure great client satisfaction
- Maintain clean and tidy treatment rooms, manage clinic equipment well and comply with all health and safety standards
- Keep basic client service records and assist with daily clinic operations
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid RMT practicing certification with legal qualification to work
- Proficient in professional massage techniques, familiar with TCM wellness conditioning is a plus
- Patient, responsible and service-oriented with good communication skills
- Abide by professional ethics and clinic regulations, maintain a professional working demeanor
- Relevant clinic working experience is preferred but not required
