UWest Mississauga partners with well-known consumer brands to bring their products and services directly to the public through live, event-based promotions across Mississauga. We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who enjoys engaging people and wants to develop a strong foundation in sales. No prior experience is required — structured training is provided and your growth is supported from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with consumers at promotional events to present products and services
- Walk customers through their options clearly and confidently, answering questions along the way
- Guide interested customers from initial inquiry through to purchase
- Contribute to individual and team targets with a results-oriented approach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of active campaigns and product offerings
- Submit accurate daily reports on sales activity and customer interactions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Confident, personable communicator who enjoys talking to new people
- Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Able to stay organized and on task in busy event environments
- Open to coaching and growing within a structured program
- Full-time availability Monday to Friday
- Background in sales, retail, or hospitality is an asset — not required
