We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual and group counselling to children, youth, and adolescents (ages 3–24), supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, family conflict, school stress, and other challenges. You will work collaboratively with a warm, multidisciplinary team.
Work in beautiful Orillia, situated on the shores of Lake Couchiching and Lake Simcoe.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), or equivalent provincial regulatory body
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience working with children, youth, or adolescents (practicum experience considered)
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, trauma-informed approaches, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Valid professional liability insurance
