Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning and detailing services to ensure vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in automotive care within a professional environment.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas; wash windows, wheels, and tires
- Apply protective coatings and polish surfaces to enhance vehicle appearance
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with additional vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to support the team
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or automotive detailing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and automotive care is advantageous but not required
