We're a growing builder and restoration contractor looking for an organized, detail-driven Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager and office as our workload scales. You'll be the connection between the field, the office, our trades, adjusters, and our clients.
This is a strong fit for someone with construction or restoration background who's equally comfortable at a job site, in front of a spreadsheet, and on the phone with a supplier.
What you'll do
Coordination & scheduling
- Coordinate schedules, trades, and material deliveries across multiple active restoration and construction jobs
- Support the Project Manager with site logistics and daily job coordination
- Keep every job moving
Documentation & systems
- Maintain job files, purchase orders, packing slips, and change orders — accurate and current
- Work within our project and inventory systems, and keep our job registry up to date
- Track job costs and flag issues early
Estimating & takeoffs
- Prepare and support quotes and estimates for restoration and construction scopes
- Assist with material takeoffs and pricing from plans and site measurements
- Support restoration billing/estimating workflows and keep quotes aligned to approved scope
Communication
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, subcontractors, adjusters, and suppliers
- Follow up, close loops, and keep everyone informed
What you bring
Computer & software skills
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and general office tools
- Experience with construction PM, estimating, inventory, or accounting software is a strong asset.
Estimating & product knowledge
- Estimating, takeoff, or quoting experience — an asset, and a fast track in this role
- Product knowledge across flooring, cabinets, countertops, trim, and building materials is a major plus
- Ability to read plans, elevations, and scope documents
The person
- Strong organization and follow-through; thrives juggling multiple active jobs
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Construction, trades, restoration, or interiors experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
