The Spa Attendant reports to the Spa Director. We are looking for an energetic, hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on a as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Desired Skills and Experience:
The Spa Attendant will set up and maintain the spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, and pre-treatment rooms. They will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving customer complaints, and assisting customers with all inquiries in connection with spa services.
The ideal Candidate will meet the following criteria:
Previous experience in a spa or fitness club center preferred
Previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment preferred
Excellent proficiency in English (written, spoken and reading)
Strong commitment to service excellence
