Overview
Responsibilities include serving beverages, greeting and assisting customers, setting up Golfzon simulators, managing bookings, maintaining a clean and organized space, and helping provide an excellent guest experience.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Golf knowledge is an asset but not required. Smart Serve certification and evening/weekend availability are required.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Experience with food industry operations, including cashiering and food service procedures is a plus
- Smart Serve Certification
