Made by Marcus is hiring Permanent and Seasonal Ice Cream Scoopers for our NEW Greenwich location, opening early Summer 2026.
We want energetic, reliable, guest-focused people ready to bring strong service and great energy every shift.
What you'll do
You are the face of the shop. Every shift you will:
- Welcome guests and serve ice cream and menu items to our standards
- Prepare online pickup orders and update out-of-stock items
- Handle cash and card transactions through the POS
- Support waffle cone production, topping restocks, and ice cream replenishment
- Complete opening, mid, closing, and cleaning checklists
- Follow food safety standards and monitor temperatures
- Stay connected with the team through Slack

Availability
We're hiring part-time and full-time for both permanent and seasonal roles.
Part-time requires at least 3 days per week, including 1 weekend day with closing availability and 1 weekday evening until close.
Full-time requires at least 5 days per week, availability on both Saturday and Sunday, closing availability on at least 1 weekend day, and evening availability on at least 3 weekdays.
What to expect
- $16.00 per hour plus tips
- Bi-weekly pay
- Shifts between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM

- Real experience in food service, hospitality, and customer experience
Important: Strong availability is required during peak periods. Blackout dates apply for Canada Day, Labour Day weekend, and Calgary Stampede. Time off during these periods is not approved except where required by law.
