Are you a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician looking for something different?
Oakcreek Golf & Turf is seeking a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician to support our service operation in Kelowna. This is a unique opportunity to work on specialized PistenBully tracked snowcat vehicles, while supporting some of Western Canada's premier mountain resort operations through the fall and winter and golf courses and municipalities in the spring and summer.
This role combines shop-based repairs with field service work and offers the opportunity to develop expertise on equipment most technicians never have the chance to work on.

At Oakcreek, you'll work on:
- PistenBully snowcats which are specialized tracked vehicles
- Commercial turf equipment
- Municipal and grounds maintenance equipment
You'll develop skills and product knowledge that are uncommon within the heavy equipment industry.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Complete maintenance and inspections in both shop and field environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Install and service equipment accessories and attachments
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Provide professional customer support at field locations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications
- Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems
- Field service experience considered an asset
- Experience with tracked equipment is highly desirable but not required
- Clean Class 5 driver's licence
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one

Pay: $42.00-$46.00 per hour
