Job Summary
Parma Restaurant is seeking friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding table service, ensure guest satisfaction, and help create an enjoyable dining experience through attentive and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, attentive service
- Present menus and explain food, beverage, and daily special offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
