What You Will Do:
As the General Manager, your role will be central to our operations. You will be responsible for:
- Strategically managing and expanding our online sales operations.
- Coaching and leading a dynamic team of 20 online sales consultants.
- Driving sales of automobiles along with complementary products and services.
- Sourcing vehicles effectively and efficiently handling customer queries and objections.
- Leveraging marketing data and advanced sales management tools to boost sales performance.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, new products, and competitor strategies.
- This role requires a dedicated presence in our downtown office, fully embracing the lively urban work environment.
We're Seeking:
- An experienced Automotive Sales Manager or similar, with at least 3 years in a high-level leadership role within the automotive industry.
- A visionary leader who is VSA certified and possesses a valid driver's license.
- A track record of successfully converting prospects and achieving sales quotas.
- A motivational leader passionate about sales and customer service excellence.
- Someone who desires a balanced work schedule without the demand of Saturdays or late evenings.
