Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Support Administrator is responsible and accountable for managing and facilitating the financial and contract management processes for the planning and construction projects. This position tracks, monitors, verifies and documents all financial aspects for the multiple projects within Health Shared Services, Capital Management. The Project Support Administrator is responsible for assisting the Project Management Team with the procurement, contractual documentation, financial transactions and ensuring adherence to Health Shared Services Policies and Procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Financial degree or diploma is required. Training on financial systems, preferably in Oracle based software is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 5 years related experience. Knowledge of the construction industry and construction procurement, Project Management scheduling, theories, principles, practices and processes; as well as accounting and financial reporting systems and process knowledge would be an asset. Knowledge of Health Shared Services internal policies and processes and an understanding of construction practices and processes would be an asset. Well developed interpersonal (influence, persuasion, negotiation, leadership and communication) skills are required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in eFacilities is an asset.
