Regional Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding

Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, community partnerships)

Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and operational stakeholders

Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing business needs

Partner closely with Operations to anticipate hiring demands and track recruitment progress

Ensure a consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment process aligned with company standards

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring success
Regional Recruitment Specialist Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and candidate management

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with competing priorities
