Valley Airway Mechanical Seeking labourers who are interested in becoming Red Seal certified sheet metal journeymen/journeywomen and already registered sheet metal workers.
Apprenticeships granted to those who qualify. Work is located in and around Eastern Ontario. Out of town jobs also available.Must have own transportation, steel-toe boots and gather own hand tools. Power tools, hard hat supplied. Potential for company vehicle, phone and gas card once established and with clean records.

- Labourer During Probation 18$/hrAfter probation 20$/hr+benefits
- 1st year apprentice 25$/hr+benefits+pension*
- 2nd year apprentice 30$/hr+benefits+pension*
- 3rd year apprentice 35$/hr+benefits+pension*
- 4th year apprentice 40$/hr+benefits+pension*
- 5th year apprentice 45$/hr+benefits+pension*
- Journey person 50$/hr+benefits+pension**participation in the group RRSP pension plan active after 1 year minimum.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems under the guidance of licensed journeymen.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Gain hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, and boiler operations as part of the apprenticeship program.
- Read and interpret schematics to support installation and repair tasks.
