Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee and coordinate tasks related to shipping, receiving, storage, material inventory, returns, and distribution
- Monitor and requisition necessary supplies and materials to maintain operational efficiency
- Track stock usage for outbound shipments and optimize warehouse bin occupancy.
- Oversee the functionality of computer systems and Material handling equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensure all workplace health and safety, security, and operational standards are followed.
- Implement rules and industry standards to reduce risks, boost operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This involves adjusting workflows, refining inventory tracking procedures, or enhancing communication between teams or departments.
- Train and mentor employees by providing hands-on guidance in job responsibilities and operational best practices.
- Help build skills, boost productivity, and ensure workers can efficiently complete their tasks with accuracy and confidence.
- Lead performance reviews to measure staff effectiveness and alignment with company expectations, delivering helpful feedback and recommending training where necessary
- Perform similar duties as those under supervision when required, stepping in to assist with daily operational tasks when needed to ensure smooth workflow and support your team.
- Qualifications
- Possess knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word for material databases, as well as familiarity with Outlook and Knox for internal communication
- Experience with Warehouse Management Programs (WMP) SAP software
- Mandatory Forklift Operator License
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English & French

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
