We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Cribbers (ICD or DURAFORM KNOWLEDGE) Residential Framers and Concrete Finishers to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and maintaining concrete cribs—structural frameworks used to support and reinforce concrete structures during construction and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure the stability, safety, and durability of various concrete installations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Construct and assemble concrete cribs using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement and dimensions
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and excavators safely to lift, position, and secure materials
- Install rebar reinforcement within concrete structures following engineering specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble components of the crib framework
- Perform masonry work including concrete forming, restoration, and finishing to achieve high-quality results
- Read schematics and blueprints accurately to guide installation processes during renovation or new construction projects
- Assist with drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, welding, and other related tasks as needed to support comprehensive project completion
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete forming, rebar installation, or related fields
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and construction techniques
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding technical instructions
- Knowledge of masonry practices including restoration work and concrete finishing techniques
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, drywall installation, caulking methods, flooring work, and renovation projects is highly desirable
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders or scaffolding as required
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards
