The Belmont is looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Manager / Server to join our small front-of-house team. This is a straightforward hybrid role: one admin day on Mondays and four serving shifts per week.
Monday admin duties include scheduling, completing weekly tip-outs, managing inventory and ordering, responding to events, reservations & guest inquiries, as well as helping maintain day-to-day cleanliness and organization. The rest of the week is spent on the floor, providing warm, professional service in a busy neighbourhood restaurant.
Because The Belmont is a tight-knit team, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to work with others are essential. Strong communication with the kitchen team and ownership is also very important.
The ideal candidate is confident, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing light management responsibilities with regular serving shifts.
Compensation includes benefits, tip-out, and a paid phone plan.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
