A role you will love
The ARM is responsible for providing support to the Director and the RMs in servicing the RPTS clients. Ensuring that the day-to-day obligations are met and that queries are responded to accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Director and RMs to maintain relationships with key personnel of clients ensuring retention, satisfaction and profitability of existing clients.
- Work closely with clients on intervention and escalated items to ensure prompt resolution.
- Help resolve client issues by working with other units within Corporate Trust or other departments within the company.
- Works either independently or with RMs to ensure proper follow-through of client requests.
- Assists with overdue receivables collection.
- Assists with creating internal and external documentation such as operating procedures, client notices, fee proposals and other types of documents.
- Drafts professional correspondence to clients and industry partners.
Communicates professionally verbally and in writing.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from college or university; or three to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiar with securities legislation
- An expert level competence in Microsoft Word, and Excel
- A strong understanding of registered plans;
- Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
3-5 years in an office setting, legal or financial experience preferred
