Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and care our guests have come to expect — and often mention in reviews as “the cleanest accommodations they’ve ever experienced.” You’ll be responsible for helping create the peaceful, spa-like environment that makes Cliffs Edge Retreat such a special place to stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest cottages, suites, and lodge rooms to a high standard
- Replenish amenities and ensure all items are in top condition for each arrival
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and guest facilities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Provide warm, respectful interaction with guests and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
