Manager will maintain overall accountability for single medium to large scale development implementation and maintenance projects that have a significant cross-functional business impact ensuring software applications and systems developed implemented and supported are able to sustain long-term goals of the business.
Manager will lead team in developing committed estimates for projects, plans and allocates resources to projects making firm commitments to Project Managers and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.Contributes to the development upkeep and maintenance of Software Development processes. Lead mentor and coach a group of development professionals ensuring they have the requisite skills and knowledge to perform their roles.



Experience developing software applications. Experience of people management, preferably in a matrixed organization with global presence. 5+ years experience with agile, scrum development practices. You should have experience in a DevOps work environment, CI/CD. Should have experience with building APIs, use of Microservices, API Management Platform. Should have Experience with Business Intelligence & Business Analytics product development. Good experience with MS Azure, AWS
Experience with C#, .NET, ASP, Java, RESTful services, JSON SOAP, XML, SQL, Java, Datalakes, BI Tools. Experience with TDD, Secure Coding Practices, Static Code Analysis Experience leading offshore teams. Experience with Air Transport Industry applications is a plus

Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrate solid knowledge of and ability to apply advanced software development principles, theories, programming languages, concepts and techniques. Demonstrate solid understanding of system integration and hardware. Demonstrate competent use of development and project tools. Solid knowledge of Software Development best practices and ability to coach teams on following them.
Complete understanding of technology and competitive positioning of technology - driven business solutions, preferably SITA applications/solutions. Knowledge of Python, ML/DL, Big Data is a plus. Very strong communication skills, high EI and ability to keep own team as well as cross-functional teams motivated and focused on common objectives.


Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer science or any other related industry is required.
