Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special occasion styling.
- Provide skincare treatments, facials, and other aesthetic services to clients.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
- Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable hair and skincare solutions based on individual needs.
- Engage with clients in a friendly manner, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from greeting to checkout.
- Assist with retail sales of hair and skincare products by upselling appropriate items to clients.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent service, communication, and follow-up.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
