Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager/ Marketer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support and client services for commercial insurance clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and should be able to interact with Insurers and MGAs with great communication skills, be bilingual (English and another language), and experience in sales will be added advandage. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on policy updates or client needs
- Enter and maintain accurate client data using Microsoft Office applications and specialized insurance software
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for additional coverage or policy upgrades
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, policy details, and documentation
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments; insurance industry experience is a plus
- Preference will be given to person working towards CAIB designation or already have one.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is highly preferred
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences within the commercial insurance sector.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
