Canada Custom Auto Works is a leading aftermarket wheel, tire, and accessory shop specializing in custom vehicle enhancements. We help customers transform their vehicles with premium wheels and tires, lift and levelling kits, lowering kits, suspension upgrades, and a wide range of aftermarket accessories.
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Position Summary
As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to identify their needs, provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, and coordinate installations with our service team. The ideal candidate has a passion for vehicles, excellent communication skills, and experience in automotive sales or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in-store, by phone, and through email inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting wheels, tires, suspension components, and aftermarket accessories.
- Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders.
- Explain product features, benefits, fitment requirements, and installation options.
- Upsell complementary products and services when appropriate.
- Schedule installation appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of wheels, tires, lift kits, levelling kits, lowering kits, suspension systems, and accessories.
- Process invoices, payments, and customer transactions.
- Follow up on quotes and leads to generate additional sales.
- Assist with inventory inquiries and special-order products.
- Maintain a professional showroom appearance and merchandising displays.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales, parts sales, service advisor, or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of aftermarket wheels, tires, suspension, and accessories is a strong asset.
- Ability to understand wheel fitment, tire sizing, and vehicle applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
