Night Shift - 3:30-1:30 M-T 4-10's
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes. This role requires a basic understanding of CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge. Experience with Fanuc & Haas controls is highly desirable. The CNC Operator will play a vital role in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality control within our manufacturing environment.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machinery including milling machines and lathe equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to accurately produce parts.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the machining process to detect defects or deviations.
- Utilize forklift and warehouse experience for material handling and inventory management.
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and other related tasks as needed within the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc & Haas controls
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, basic math skills for measurements, and quality control procedures.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards, machining best practices, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
