We are looking for energetic, professional and guest-focused Restaurant & Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether serving guests in our restaurant or at private events and banquets, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages according to service standards.
- Set up and reset dining rooms and banquet spaces.
- Prepare tables with linens, place settings and décor as required.
- Ensure food is delivered promptly and presented to a high standard.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas.
- Assist with banquet setup, service and teardown.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or banquet serving experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach and move throughout the dining room and event spaces.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
