Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
Ensure compliance with QMS procedures and ISO 9001 standards across all operations
Monitor product quality and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Conduct root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) and implement long-term solutions
Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with ISO 9001 requirements
Lead and support internal audits and assist during external ISO audits
Train and mentor production staff on SOPs, QMS policies, and quality standards
Track KPIs such as scrap, rework, downtime, and productivity
Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve processes
Promote Lean initiatives including 5S and Kaizen
Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety regulations
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
3 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Diploma or degree in Engineering, HVAC, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of QMS systems and ISO 9001 standards
Experience with audits, documentation control, and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems
