Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and high-touch areas regularly
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies
- Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products as needed to ensure continuous availability
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or requested
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or office environments
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is beneficial
