Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive business growth. Duties
- Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory management to optimize product presentation and availability.
- Manage store operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Coordinate purchasing decisions and manage vendor relationships to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
- Oversee payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative functions related to store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising tools, and basic bookkeeping software.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with team management experience.
- Skilled in recruiting, training & development, and performance coaching.
- Sound knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing tactics, and store management principles.
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly.
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with phone etiquette proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with math skills for sales analysis and inventory control.

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
