Alberta Hardwood Flooring is looking for an individual to handle front desk reception and administration. This is a position for an individual with strong customer service and administrative skills.
You are the first line of contact with our clients. You will be the hub of the showroom, working with all staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a pleasant, friendly manner
- Answer phones and direct to correct department/individual
- Assist Sales staff and clients
- Open and distribute mail, as well as schedule delivery and pick ups.
- Keep showroom organized
- Other administrative duties as requested by Management
- Ensure showroom areas are clean and presentable
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Clean/stock customer beverage station
- Accept payments
- Plan events when required; arrange meetings, book reservations
- Contribute to meetings and staff events

Working Conditions
- Computer programs typically utilized include: Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Physically capable of lifting samples, approximately 10-15 lbs
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Saturday, 10:00AM-4:00PM
