As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our high-quality orthopedic products—including custom orthotics, insoles, footwear, braces, compression socks, and foot care accessories—reach healthcare professionals and patients accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Shipping Operations:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders of orthopedic products, custom orthotics, braces, compression wear, and foot care accessories.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to protect sensitive products (custom orthotics, medical devices, electronics) during transit.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup or will-call.
Order Picking:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves, bins, and pallet racking based on pick tickets, work orders, or customer orders.
- Select products including custom orthotics, insoles, footwear, braces, compression garments, and accessories.
- Verify part numbers, sizes, and quantities against order documentation before proceeding.
Order Packing:
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to protect sensitive products (custom orthotics, medical devices) during transit.
- Use bubble wrap, foam inserts, anti-static materials, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $21.85-$25.87 per hour
