Trillium Dental Orleans is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our welcoming and collaborative team to cover an 18-month maternity leave, beginning at the end of July.
We are open to hiring either one full-time hygienist or two part-time hygienists, depending on the right candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, patient-focused practice with a supportive team and a consistent schedule.

Employment Options:
- One Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist, or Two Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienists
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (with the possibility of extending to 2:00 PM)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced professional who:
- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Has previous clinical dental hygiene experience (this position is not suitable for new graduates)
- Provides exceptional patient care and communication
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced clinic while maintaining high clinical standards
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral health evaluations
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take dental radiographs as required
- Perform ZOOM whitening procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ensure patients have a comfortable and positive experience throughout their appointments
