Interlock Mechanical Services Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced FSR-B Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a solid background in residential and commercial construction who is ready to step into a leadership role—overseeing project installations and mentoring apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical installations for both commercial and residential projects from inception to completion
- Supervise, mentor, and support apprentices and junior electricians to ensure safe, high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Accurately interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with the BC Electrical Code and relevant safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks and provide troubleshooting during and post-installation
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and strong leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Valid FSR-B Certification and Red Seal Journeyman Electrician ticket (required)
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a strong asset
- Solid understanding of commercial tenant improvements and new residential construction
- Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality results
