Requirements
- Clean Drivers abstract & G class license

Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Labour Management
- Ensure coverage for absent employees (sick, vacation, etc)
- Assign/dispatch of work
- Job control/work distribution
- Employee performance control and review
- Duty to monitor reporting and information review
- Services Management
- Ensure quality control of services
- Day to Day Client Relations
- Liaise with clients on day to day activities, coverage and performance issues
- Primary contact for all escalations related to building maintenance
General duties
- Provide general maintenance
- General light plumbing, electrical & carpentry
- Complete scheduled work orders
- Changing compactor bins,
- Remove debris
- Minor sweeping, wiping down equipment as required
- Annual unit inspections
- Daily scheduled inspections
- Fire logbook entries (daily, weekly, and monthly entries)
- Liability audits
- Report and document all deficiencies (i.e. faulty door closures, plaster blisters, graffiti & vandalism, tile repairs, carpet repairs, pests, smells, suspicious activity etc.)
- Maintain order in all maintenance rooms.
- Cleaning up debris
- Documenting supply levels, and reporting supply needs
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are stored properly and securely
- Maintain security by ensuring all necessary rooms are locked
- Ensure that all entry ways are free of debris (i.e. light litter pickup & snow removal)
- After-hours emergency on-call service
